Registration for Livingston Parish Public Schools

For K-12 students NEW to Livingston Parish Public Schools, the registration link opens Monday, May 26.  This is not for students who attended a LPPS School this previous school year.

‼‼ ONLY PreK students who have applied and received documentation that they were accepted are to fill out this form.  Please visit lppsearlychildhood.com for more information on applying for the PreK program.

What do you need to register your student(s)?
1.  Birth Certificate
2.  Immunization Record
3.  Proof of residency
You must upload 3 Proofs of Residency from the list below. The proof of residency documents must have the name of the parent/guardian and the physical address. If you do not have proof of residency in the parent/guardian's name complete this form and contact the school. At least one proof must be one of the items indicated with an asterisk*. 

Acceptable documents include:
-Utility Bill*
-Water Bill*
-Cable or Phone Bill*
-Property Taxes
-Voter registration
-SNAP Benefits
-Bank Statement
-Current Lease
-Home purchase documents*
-Valid Driver's License/State ID matching the address of current residence*

6.  Last Report Card (if available)
7.  Withdrawal Form From Previous School

For students RETURNING to Livingston Parish Public Schools, you will be emailed an update link on Tuesday, July 8.  The email is coming from [email protected].  Click on the link to update your student(s) information.  This cannot be done through the PowerSchool Parent app.  If you do not receive your email by the end of the day on Wednesday, July 9.  Please check your clutter, spam, or junk mail folders.  If it is not there, call your student(s) school(s) on July 10 to update your email information and have the link resent.
